A HAIR WARS Photo Tribute to
"Mr. Little"  aka Michael Turner

Our relationship began in 1987 at downtown Detroit's Club Elan, where a funky new hair entertainer who was finishing up beauty school at Northeast Beauty
College, was tearing up the stage at The Hair Wars' Wednesday Nite Hair Connection.   And for 20 consecutive years, we were honored to have "Mr. Little" in our
presence.

"Mr. Little" earned the title as 'The Hardest Working Man in the Hair Business' early on and continued to create original hair styles, including some of the world's
greatest fantasy pieces.  In 1991 "Mr. Little" created the famous 'Hairy-Copter,' which is still being showcased and duplicated today.

"Mr. Little" was loved by everyone.  He was a Hair Super Star who was grounded and exhibited a sense of humor that kept people laughing.  He was a great talent
who touched many and he will be missed by many.  The Hair Wars family will have a multitude of great memories, "Mr. Little"  -- you were the ultimate 'Hair
Entertainer' and friend.
"Mr. Little" was featured on several national and international TV shows, in addition to popular newspapers & magazines, including:
America's Next Top Model; CNN News; The Ricki Lake Show The Tyra Banks Show; Ripley's Believe It Or Not; ABC World News;
E Entertainment; Extra; The New York Daily News; Detroit News; Detroit Free Press; Los Angeles Times; The Wall Street Journal;
Michigan Chronicle; Vibe Magazine; Paper Magazine; Hair Designs; Prestige Hair; Sophisticate's Black Hair; Positive Beauty Images;
Life Magazine; the documentary films Hot Irons & My Nappy Roots; and many, many more.

He traveled with the Hair Wars U.S. Tour for years and has shared his techniques at hair educational seminars in
over 40 cities around the world. "Mr. Little" was also CEO of his own hair products, One Time.

We will miss you so much, "Mr. Little."  Rest In Peace !!
